Mayor Kimble Urges You to Vote for Change on Tuesday

Hey, it seems we’re moving up in the world!

The Nutley Watch is honored to bring you an important message directly from Belleville Mayor Raymond Kimble, asking for your participation in Tuesday’s critical election. Two seats for the Board of Education are up for grabs on November 4th.

Here is Mayor Kimble’s message to all Belleville residents:

I have been a resident of Belleville all my life. I am a product of Belleville Schools. Although Belleville Schools have had their ups and downs, this is by far the absolute worst time in their history. The Belleville School District is in financial and educational ruin. We need to work towards correcting the path to destruction our current Board of Education has placed us on. If we do not make a change for the better, higher taxes and lower real estate values will continue to be in our future.

Our School District needs leadership and it needs it now. We need individuals on the Board of Education that will focus on giving our children a higher quality education. People that we can trust with our public treasure. People like Patty Dolan and Ralph Vellon.

Patty and Ralph’s vision to create a true educational community with teachers, students, parents, and administrators working together is long overdue. They understand that it is only through working together and fostering a cooperative atmosphere that we can insure our children a quality education as well as a brighter future. Teachers should not be harassed or made targets of extortion. Teachers and administrators are partners in our community’s growth, success, and achievement. We need to work with them.

I believe that Patty Dolan and Ralph Vellon are the individuals we need on the Board of Education. They are not controlled by any political party or boss. They are Belleville residents and taxpayers willing to take on the monumental task of fixing our school district.

On November 4th I am voting for Patty and Ralph because I know that our children’s well being and education will be their first priority. I would ask that you and all your friends get out and vote for Patty Dolan (2H) and Ralph Vellon (4H). Our community’s children and future are depending on us.

Don’t forget to vote for our Board of Education Trustees. You will find them on Line H located in the upper right corner of the voting machine.

Patty Dolan (2H)   Ralph Vellon (4H)

Mayor Raymond Kimble.

The fate of the Belleville school district lies with your vote. Your vote is your voice….use it!

On Tuesday, please get to the polls, and use your vote to tell this Board of Education that it’s time for a positive change, and a brighter future for the children of Belleville.

~ Griff
