Thanks to a timely post by “Belleville Sentinel” on the NJ.com forums, we have a reminder for you that there is a municipal council meeting tonight, at 6:30 PM at Town Hall.
Here is Sentinel’s forum post:
“Even though there is currently no mention of the date/time for the next Town Council meeting on the Township’s website, please note that there will be a meeting tomorrow evening, Tuesday, 7/22 starting at 6:30 PM.
One of the resolutions for tomorrow evening will be the naming of the Soho Sitting Park on Mill Street in honor of Angelo Risoli, who passed away last year. Mr. Risoli was a former Belleville Commissioner and also an outstanding Councilman for the 1st Ward who posthumously well-deserves this honor.
Reports are circulating that there will be several other interesting resolutions considered tomorrow evening including the removal of a particular Councilperson from any direct involvement with “Just a Party”.
