The video of last night’s Town Council meeting begins with the first 15 minutes or so of the pre-meeting conference. Then the Council goes into closed session, and the regular business meeting begins afterward.
The gentleman who comes before the Council to speak in the pre-meeting is Mr. Theodore Stephens II, of the Essex County Surrogate’s Court.
