Belleville Board of Education Meeting and QSAC Presentation (Video) – Oct 20, 2014

I’m going to keep this short, because I want people to watch this meeting and the QSAC presentation for themselves, before hearing any commentary from me.

Within the next day or two, I’ll have some additional follow up, in separate articles.

What I do want to say in advance, is to pay careful attention to the segment of the meeting that follows the QSAC presentation.

Along with opening statements that elicited cheers from the audience, Mr. Egan provides a “Monitor’s Report”. His alarming report includes information about Clarity, and an assessment of the district’s technology infrastructure that is likely to make your stomach turn.

The volume on his microphone is a bit low, but you’ll want to listen closely to his report. Mr. Egan is very measured in his statements, but he’s telling us quite a lot. It starts at about 49 minutes into the video.

Later tonight, I’ll have the NJASK, QSAC, and other relevant documents added to the Document Library.
