Here is the video from last night’s critically important Belleville Planning Board meeting, regarding a massive development proposal being discussed for the Jacobs / River Run property.
These proposals are nothing short of transformative for Belleville’s future. This rather large issue has caught many people completely by surprise, which is why I’ve been providing some coverage here as well as on our Facebook page. As you’ll see from the public comments made toward the end of the meeting, not everyone shares the developer’s enthusiasm.
The meeting is over two hours long, but it’s important enough to Belleville’s future that people watch the entire discussion, and understand what is truly at stake here.
