Sample Ballot and an Important Message For Tomorrow’s Election

To help prepare people for the election tomorrow, I thought I would post a copy of the election ballot, so that people would know exactly what to expect when they walk up to the voting machines.

While we’re on the subject, I want to point out something very important that has been an ongoing issue in this campaign.

If you look at the ballot, you will notice the words “Belleville United!” underneath candidates Burke, Longo, and Freda.

This is something very important to remember for tomorrow:

The Burke/Longo/Freda campaign has absolutely nothing to do with the REAL Belleville United!

This is just another shameless attempt to hijack a trademark, and thereby capitalize on the popularity and strength of the real Belleville United Coalition. Please do not let yourself be fooled by this.

You can read some of the backstory and the official statement on that subject here:

Michael Mignone: Setting the Record Straight

Lastly, for anyone who has not seen the instructions we posted on how to cast the write-in vote for Charles G Hood, here is a link to the article:

How To: The Write-In Vote For Charles Hood

Belleville needs your vote, now more than ever.

Good luck tomorrow, and PLEASE get out there and vote!

Thank you,

Griff

Update: This has already been posted elsewhere, but if you don’t know where you need to go to vote, the following page tells you where to find your polling station:
