This Belleville Planning Board meeting that took place on November 12, 2015 is a stunning example of how a public body should never be allowed to conduct a public meeting. The Open Public Meetings Act was created to stop just this kind of nonsense from happening.
Perhaps it’s time for a compelling lesson.
In fact, this meeting is such an outrage that I’m busy writing a separate article for it just so that you understand exactly what’s happening here, what the resolution at 4:15 that Kennedy makes a cameo appearance to impatiently ham-fist forward is really all about, and how truly twisted this entire scheme really is.
